Berardi Immigration Law is happy to share that we recently had another TN management consultant application approved by Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge port of entry located in Buffalo, New York. This application was a renewal. Our client works directly under a U.S. consulting company to consult their clients and organizations on ways to improve operations, leadership, change management and more. This case was a bit different than your typical management consultant case as this client also occasionally providing training to other employees of the consulting company. While government officers do not always like to see this, it is permissible under the regulations. Our client had a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and we were also able to prove that she had more than five years of related consulting experience. She was successfully approved for an additional three-year period of TN status.
