Diane began her career in private industry where she worked in Human Resources in the areas of labor and employment. After 15 years devoted to the practice, she took a 5-year hiatus while her children were toddlers. Her return to the workforce also marked her beginning as a paralegal.
While her roots were in labor and employment issues, a cross-training opportunity sparked her interest in the ever-changing practice area of immigration. For the past 15 years, Diane has specialized in immigration.
For the last 6 years, Diane has served on the Board of Directors of the Western New York Paralegal Association. The Association provides CLE presentations and networking opportunities for local Association members. Diane herself had the opportunity to fulfill a bucket list item by attending an AILA conference in 2016.
In addition to enjoying spending time with her WNY family members, Diane enjoys traveling to Philadelphia and Canton, MI to visit her sons. On her own, she enjoys reading and gardening.
