Mary Lamancuso began her immigration career in 1987 as a legal assistant at a small, Buffalo-based law firm. There, she gained extensive experience in preparing and submitting applications for labor certification to the Department of Labor. In 1999, Mary narrowed her practice to focus solely on the Permanent Labor Certification Application (PERM) process leading to permanent employment and permanent residency in the U.S. As a highly-specialized PERM Paralegal, she served a wide variety of clientele and industries including higher education, healthcare, information technology, finance, and multinational businesses. Mary joined the Berardi Immigration Law team in 2013, where she continues to provide our clients with focused expertise on the PERM process.
In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her family down by the lake. A consummate professional, Mary also has an unmatched sense of humor and can bring a smile to anyone’s face.
