Nina Stockman

Paralegal

Nina Stockman is one of our rockstar paralegals! Nina holds a special place in our hearts here at Berardi Immigration Law because she loves forms (we’re not kidding!). Her attention to detail is impeccable and constantly impresses the team. Nina is a non-immigrant visa guru, often focusing her attention to our corporate L-1 and TN visa applications submitted to both U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Customs and Border Protection. Nina is also a key member of our PERM team, assisting our attorneys throughout all phases of this complex process, including prevailing wage determinations, forms, the recruitment process, and experience verification letters.   

Prior to joining our firm in May of 2022, Nina was an Immigration Specialist for a charity-based organization in Rochester, New York. Her previous position as an Immigration Specialist gave her in-depth experience in family-based immigration matters, as well as complex refugee matters. Nina graduated from Nazareth College with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies and History. 

When Nina isn’t spending time with her two adorable labs, Winston and Remy, you can often find her jet setting off to New York City to visit her sister!
