Rebecca Bentley

Associate Attorney

Ahh, Rebecca Bentley. Who doesn’t love Rebecca?

Rebecca is on her way to becoming the latest attorney extraordinaire at Berardi Immigration Law. She has spent a considerable time with our firm as our Law Clerk, where she drafts everything from USMCA filings to employment-based green card petitions and everything in between. She is also responsible for keeping our firm’s robust blog going, which allows our readers to stay informed on the latest news in immigration. Rebecca can do it all, and always with a smile on her face!

Rebecca is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she concentrated on Cross-Border Legal studies, graduated in the top 5% of her class (whoa!), was awarded a prestigious Human Rights Fellowship, became published by the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review, and basically totally crushed it. Rebecca previously graduated from the University at Albany, where she studied Political Science and Criminal Justice.

Rebecca has worked for a number of respected organizations in various capacities, including the Women’s Law Project, Erie County Commission on the Status of Women, AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, and the Albany County District Attorney’s Office.

Rebecca is also one of our residential foodies, has a terrific sense of humor, LOVES Sci-Fi (nerd alert!), and generally brings sunshine to us every day! We are so happy to have Rebecca on our team.
