This morning, our Senior Associate Attorney Gabriella Agostinelli met two of our clients in Fort Erie, Canada to prepare them in presenting their applications to Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo. The first case was a TN Computer Systems Analyst application. Gabriella thoroughly reviewed the application with the client and answered all questions the applicant had. This was a strong and straight-forward case. As such, the application was approved by CBP for a full three-year period. The second case was an L-1A renewal application. Gabriella was able to prepare our client for the types of questions CBP would ask in regards to his managerial level position and the company affiliation. This application was also approved for the full three-year period.
