Who We Are
Founded in 2005 by former INS Inspector and Attorney Rosanna Berardi, Berardi Immigration Law has been dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Our firm is renowned globally for its expert immigration legal services and commitment to a personalized, high-touch experience for each client.
Our team exclusively specializes in U.S. immigration law, navigating the complexities of roughly 22 visa categories and the ever-evolving adjudication landscape. Berardi Immigration Law is strategically located 20 minutes away from several of the largest U.S./Canadian ports of entry. We are up-to-date on adjudication trends and draft our cases accordingly. Rosanna Berardi has been the Chair of a legal committee since 2000 that regularly meets with U.S. Customs & Border Protection. Our clients are often complimented by Customs and Border Protection, as well the U.S. Department of State, for submitting organized, easy-to-understand petitions. Our stellar reputation with these government agencies greatly benefits our clients. Our Visa Services Division is adept at scheduling and managing visa appointments at U.S. Embassies and Consulates worldwide.
