Berardi Immigration Law was founded by Rosanna Berardi in 2005. Rosanna is a first-generation immigrant, serial entrepreneur and former Immigration Inspector, for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), at the U.S./Canadian border. She also worked as an Assistant District Counsel for the former INS in New York City, where she prosecuted over 400 removal proceedings. Rosanna created Berardi Immigration Law because she wanted to focus on one thing and one thing only: her clients needs.
