Meet Rosanna Berardi
Immigration Leader and Community Advocate
Rosanna Berardi is a highly regarded speaker and media expert on U.S. immigration issues. In 2005, she left a coveted position at a large firm to establish her own immigration law practice. Starting with just one client in a small apartment, she has since developed her firm into a multinational, award-winning entity, serving thousands of clients across various industries worldwide.
Rosanna has dedicated her entire career to U.S. immigration law, starting in 1993 as an Immigration Inspector at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, New York. In 1998, she entered private practice as an Immigration Associate at Buffalo’s largest law firm.
Rosanna started Berardi Immigration Law in 2005 with one goal: to create a law firm where clients were the primary focus. As a first-generation Italian American, Rosanna watched her father become a United States citizen and wanted to dedicate her career to helping people like him. She also wanted to create a culture in which clients and employees alike are treated like family.
Today, as Managing Partner of Berardi Immigration Law, Rosanna stays ahead of emerging trends in immigration and adjudication procedures, leveraging this knowledge for her clients and the public. In 2020, Rosanna was named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by Women Owned Law (WOL), and Berardi Immigration Law was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Western New York in 2022 and 2023. Inc. magazine named Rosanna to their Female Founders 200 List as a “category leader at the top of her game.”
In 2023, Rosanna created Luxury Purse Bingo, a fundraiser held every March in Buffalo, New York that raises money for a variety of charities by combining bingo and luxury purses and accessories. In two short years, Luxury Purse Bingo, under Rosanna’s direction, raised over $100,000 for her community’s charities.
Beyond her professional achievements, Rosanna is dedicated to her family and community. She enjoys spending time with her son, Salvatore, and husband, Jack, and cute Havanese, Lola and actively supports local organizations such as Totally Buffalo, Ronald McDonald House, Special Spaces, and more. Rosanna is the first person to raise her hand when someone is in need.
