BIL Profile: Erica Chiodo

Erica Chiodo is an in-house renaissance woman who can do it all. Having spent several years with our firm as a Law Clerk prior to becoming an Associate at Berardi Immigration Law, Erica has had a bird’s eye view of everything from NAFTA filings to Marriage Based Green Cards and everything in between. In addition to being our in-house expert on Derivative Citizenship matters, Erica also soars in preparing USCIS submissions (O-1s, L-1s, TNs) and ancillary filings as well as preparing Nonimmigrant Waiver applications.
