Client Approval: TN Status for Management Consultant

Attorney Erica Chiodo has another Client Approval story. A client reached out to us for help preparing her application for a TN as a management consultant. She was already In the United States with TN status and had a job opportunity with a new U.S. company. We advised her to exit the United States and apply for status at the border. There are several advantages to this, including getting an approval on the spot. We scheduled a prep call with the client to prepare her for the in-person interview.
