Employee Spotlight Paralegal Danielle Blahowicz
Danielle Blahowicz is a Paralegal at Berardi Immigration Law. She prepares and files Adjustment of Status applications, Waivers, NAFTA applications (TNs and Ls), nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, naturalization applications, and work and travel authorization applications. Ms. Blahowicz handles many of our marriage-based green card cases.
“Every case is different so it’s always interesting,” Ms. Blahowicz says. “It’s very hands-on work and you gain a lot of experience very quickly. I enjoy helping our clients achieve their goals and dreams – it’s very rewarding to know that you have made such an impact on someone’s life.”
Ms. Blahowicz started out as the firm’s Administrative Assistant and was recently promoted to the position of Paralegal. Prior to joining our team, she worked in a small, suburban real estate firm where she assisted in preparing and filing deed transfers for a nationwide, legal service provider. Ms. Blahowicz was also an intern in the SBI Legal Research Program at the University at Buffalo. She received Bachelor’s Degrees in History and Spanish from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2013. She returned to her alma mater to earn her Paralegal Studies Certificate in 2014.
In Ms. Blahowicz’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, fishing and boating.
