We are so thrilled that our client, Farina Barth, became a United States citizen in August 2022. We worked with Farina throughout her immigration process, starting with her marriage based green card application, then her I-751 Removal of Conditions Application, and finally with her naturalization application!
In 2014, Farina met her future husband, Charlie Barth, at University at Buffalo School of Law’s first-year orientation. Their first date was a personal tour around Buffalo from Charlie. They’ve been together ever since!
After marrying in December 2018, Farina got in touch with our firm to pursue a Marriage-Based green card. Of choosing our firm, Farina said, “I hired Berardi Immigration because of the overwhelming positive feedback I have heard from everyone in the legal community. I also wanted to hire a firm that specialized in immigration and was a small firm that could focus on my case.” We were able to help Farina obtain her conditional green card by July 2019, a few months after her marriage to Charlie.
When it came time to renew Farina’s Permanent Resident status, she returned to us – and with big news! She and Charlie were expecting their first child! We were able to extend her conditional resident status and helped her obtain her full 10-year green card.
Finally, Farina connected with us to assist with her naturalization application. Farina’s favorite part in working with our firm was “how easy everything was and how responsive the team was. My husband and I are both attorneys and we still needed an attorney to navigate the process! The team provided me with simple forms and checklists, which made everything really easy and organized. I also loved how responsive everyone was. I knew exactly who I could contact when I had a question and I would always get a response, no matter how simple the question was.” We pride ourselves on always putting our clients’ needs first.
Now that Farina is a U.S. citizen, she is excited to vote in this November’s election! She is also looking forward to “having peace of mind knowing [she] can enjoy the benefits of citizenship and being with [her] family.” We are so excited for Farina and her family to reach this place of peace. Berardi Immigration Law wishes her and her family all the best!
