Happy smiling ceo manager at office space, possibly real estate, lawyer, non profit, marketing

Associate Attorney Catherine Dines recently met two clients in Fort Erie, Canada in order to review their L-1 applications before submission to Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, New York. After reviewing each client’s credentials and assessing their eligibility for the L-1 category, Catherine fully drafted the petitions. In Fort Erie, she went over the applications with the clients in-depth to help them understand the types of questions that Customs and Border Protection may ask. The first client applied for the L-1A visa as a Manager and the second client applied for the L-1B visa as an individual with specialized knowledge. Both clients were approved for the full three-year period requested. If you are interested in applying for an L-1A or L-1B visa, be sure to contact Berardi Immigration Law to set up a consultation with one of our attorneys today!
