bil l1 personnel

We recently had a successful L-1 client present their application to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the Peace Bridge port of entry located in Buffalo, NY. Associate Attorney Zach Ahlstrom had a client who was a personnel manager. Zach was able to prepare an application in which he proved that the manager was a supervisor himself and also that the individuals he is managing are also supervisors, managers, or professionals.

It’s not enough to be a first line manager in order to qualify for the L-1A. Our client was successfully approved for the full three-year period requested. If you are interested in applying for an L-1A as a Manager, be sure to contact Berardi Immigration Law to learn more today!
