Partner Jennifer Behm is back with a recap of a recent L-1A approval for a Canadian Manager who had been promoted into a role that requires increased travel to the U.S. along with direct reports in the U.S. The company contacted Berardi Immigration Law to ensure their employee was able to cross the border with confidence, ease and no issues when applying.
