L-1 and TN Case Summary 03.16.2018

On Friday, March 16, 2018, Partner of Berardi Immigration Law, Jennifer Behm, met three clients in Fort Erie, Canada to review their visa applications before submitting them to Customs and Border Protection at the Buffalo Peace Bridge. Jennifer reviewed their applications with them in detail and answered all of their questions. The first client, a TN Economist, was successfully approved for the full three-year period. The second client was the President of a very successful global corporation with operations in both Canada and the U.S. and was the perfect candidate for an L-1A visa. He was also approved for a three-year period. The third client was a TN Management Consultant. This was his third time applying for this visa and as such, the application required heavy information and evidence on the continued projects he would be working on. He was also successfully approved.
