On June 6, 2018, Associate Attorney Catherine Dines met two of our clients in Fort Erie, Canada in order to help prepare them for presenting their L-1A applications to Customs and Border Protection. For both clients, Catherine conducted a thorough analysis to determine that they each had at least one year of qualifying managerial or executive experience with a foreign entity and that the foreign and U.S. companies were properly affiliated. Catherine was able to successfully prepare both applications in full.
