L-1A Visa Case Summary 05.11.2018

Due to our proximity to the border, Berardi Immigration Law often meets clients of our colleagues in order to help them prepare in presenting their NAFTA applications to Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, New York. On May 11, 2018, our Senior Associate Attorney Gabriella Agostinelli met the client of a colleague in order to help him prepare to present his L-1A application. Gabriella was provided with a copy of the petition beforehand and thoroughly reviewed the application. She then met the client in Fort Erie, Canada to go over the application in-depth with him and also answer any of his last minute questions.
