Multiple TN Visa Case Summary 05.09.2018

Associate Attorney Catherine Dines of Berardi Immigration Law recently met one of our clients in Fort Erie, Canada in order to help him prepare to present his TN application to Customs and Border Protection at the Peace Bridge in Buffalo, New York. This application was unique in that it was his second recent TN application with a different employer, meaning he would have two valid TN visas with two different employers at the same time.

Catherine prepared the TN application in full and disclosed the client’s additional TN status in the application. She met with our client to fully review the application with him and answer all of his last minute questions. We are happy to report that our client was successfully approved for TN status for a full three-year period.
