Client Testimonials

Berardi Immigration Law works with Canadians and individuals from around the world who want to live or work in the United States.

Our award-winning team is highly experienced and committed to our clients, but don’t take our word for it – here is what our clients have to say.

E-1 Treaty Trader Visa

Amber MacArthur is the founder, owner, and president of AmberMac Media Inc., a Canadian digital media business that provides event hosting, keynote speaking and influencer brand partnerships to companies across North America. Our firm was able to leverage Amber’s executive role and her company’s credentials to successfully secure her an E-1 Treaty Trader Visa.

TN Visa

John Singh has been consulting in the United States on TN visas since 1997. In 2010, however, John had a TN cancelled at the border. For the next five years, this prevented John from consulting in the U.S. as he believed he no longer qualified for the TN. When he was offered a consulting position on a project by a U.S. company in 2015, he then reached out to Berardi Immigration Law to explore his options. Our firm successfully assisted him in obtaining a TN visa in 2015 and we have continued to renew his TN visa based on differing projects since then.

Working in the US

Ariel Shaffir & Kyle Hunter, writers and producers behind blockbusters like “This is the End” & “Sausage Party,” discuss how Berardi Immigration Law helped them secure US work permits after multiple failed attempts.

US Green Card

In May of 2016, Marleen Pfeiffer and her husband, Juan Reyes, reached out to Berardi Immigration Law. Marleen’s then fifteen-year-old son, Mads, was turned away from the U.S. border due to an accidental overstay on his ESTA. Mads was forced to remain in Denmark while his mother and step-father worked tirelessly to get him back into the states. After months of dealing with the government directly with no luck, Marleen and Juan contacted our firm. We were able to successfully apply for Humanitarian Parole to reunite Mads with his family here in New York. Our firm then filed an I-130 and Adjustment of Status application on Mads’ behalf and we are happy to report that Mads is now a U.S. green card holder! Mads will be attending college in the fall and will be playing division 1 soccer!
