Anna O’Neill

PERM Law Clerk

Anna O’Neill is an incredible asset to the Berardi Immigration Law team. Her joyful spirit is equally matched by her true wealth of knowledge and experience in the immigration industry. Anna is an irreplaceable member of our PERM team. She possesses an in-depth understanding of many complex PERM concepts and functions, including prevailing wage analysis, job description and job requirement listings, the recruitment process, and the 9141/9089 forms.

Anna is presently in her third year of law school at Albany Law School and possesses her bachelor’s degree in political science. Prior to attending law school, Anna was a Paralegal at a large law firm in Philadelphia, PA for two years. This is where Anna gained her experience in PERM, as well as in other immigration matters, such as non-immigrant visas and employment-based green card filings. Anna was also previously a Diplomatic Intern for the Embassy of Ireland in Washington, DC, where she learned the ins and outs of the visa process. She was also an Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs. Here she researched and wrote reports on foreign policy and current international events for Congressional hearings. As you can see, Anna has invaluable and fascinating experience in many facets of the immigration field!

Anna is a native of Philadelphia but is excited to have Buffalo as her new home. Anna also has family in nearby Lockport and you can often find her hanging out with her cousins at her Aunt’s Irish local bar and restaurant! Speaking of the Irish, Ireland is Anna’s favorite place on earth and she can’t wait to visit again!
