Ava is a Legal Assistant at Berardi Immigration Law, where she supports attorneys across a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant work visas (L-1, E-2, TN), family- and employment-based green cards, naturalization applications, and other filings. She thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the opportunity to work across so many different areas of immigration law, driven by a passion for helping clients navigate the process and build the lives they envision in the United States.
Ava earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Niagara University, with minors in Philosophy and Law and Jurisprudence. That academic foundation, paired with two years of volunteer experience helping refugees integrate into their new communities, sparked her commitment to immigration law. She is now preparing to apply for the 2027 law school cycle, with hopes of continuing to advocate for individuals seeking immigration solutions in the United States.
Outside the office, Ava performs as a violinist with the Amherst Symphony Orchestra in Buffalo, NY. She also enjoys reading, discovering new recipes, collecting vinyl records, attending concerts, and exploring her new home of Buffalo.
