As Administrative Assistant, Claire Russ is indeed our in-house renaissance woman. Need a package sent to USCIS? Claire to the rescue! Need to contact the government? Claire’s your best friend. As our resident receptionist, Claire is also the first person with whom new clients interact, and thank goodness, as she brings warmth, calm, and friendliness to each conversation. Claire keeps our ship running smoothly, whether it is ordering supplies, drafting client letters, or making sure our team is well-fed (she excels at this, perhaps too much!).
Prior to joining Berardi Immigration Law, Claire attended the College of Wooster in Ohio, where she studied Global and International Studies and Russian Studies. During university years, she participated in a Russian language immersion program (that’s right folks– our do-it-all teammate also speaks Russian!), studied abroad in New Zealand (and…cue our jealousy), and played Varsity Field Hockey (don’t mess with Claire), all whilst writing theses and completing independent studies in her major.
Claire is celebrated around our office for her green thumb and cool-as-a-cucumber demeanor. In an ever-changing immigration landscape, Claire helps us keep calm and carry on!
