Berardi Immigration Law is delighted to have Gabriella Walsh on our team! Gabriella was originally hired as a Legal Intern, but after beginning her journey through law school, she transitioned into the role of Law Clerk. As a Law Clerk, Gabriella assists our attorney team with both immigrant (EB-1A) and nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1,TN). When she’s not working on petitions, she is keeping our firm’s robust blog going, allowing our readers to stay informed on the latest news in immigration.
Prior to joining Berardi Immigration Law, Gabriella attended Boston University where she studied International Relations. While exploring all that Boston has to offer, Gabriella participated in undergraduate research where she assisted a professor’s research efforts on the application of Buddhist ethics to foreign policy. She also studied abroad in London!
Currently, Gabriella is a student at the University at Buffalo School of Law. She will be entering her third year while taking on the role of Writing Fellow and Editor-In-Chief of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review.
Gabriella has joined our firm’s ever-growing residential foodie squad and loves to show her appreciation through baked goods (I mean… who’s complaining?). In her free time, you’ll find her at the gym, finding new restaurants, or cuddling with her giant Maine Coon!
