Focuses on E-Visa Matters, Cross-Border Work Permits, and Immigrant Visa Petitions
Gabriella Walsh helps entrepreneurs and professionals take the next step in their American journey. As an Associate Attorney at Berardi Immigration Law, she guides treaty traders and investors through E-visa matters, her primary focus, while also handling cross-border work permits and immigrant visa petitions. From the firm’s Buffalo headquarters, Gabriella serves clients on both sides of the U.S.–Canada border who want their case handled with care, clarity, and strategy.
Experience & Case Focus
Gabriella’s practice spans both business and individual immigration, including:
- E-Visa Matters — her primary focus, representing treaty traders (E-1) and treaty investors (E-2)
- Cross-Border Work Permits — TN professionals and L-1 intracompany transferees
- Immigrant Visa Petitions — EB-1 and other employment-based immigrant classifications
Gabriella’s entire legal career has grown at Berardi Immigration Law, a rarity that gives her clients an attorney with deep institutional knowledge of the firm’s approach. She joined as a Legal Intern in 2022, served as a Law Clerk throughout law school, and stepped into her Associate Attorney role upon graduation. That progression means she has seen the firm’s cases from every angle; research, drafting, strategy, and counsel.
Philosophy & Approach
Gabriella knows that behind every petition is a business under pressure or a professional in transition. Her approach is compassionate, communicative, and strategic: she takes the time to understand the operational, legal, and personal stakes of each matter, then builds a case strategy around them. Clients can expect thoughtful, detail-oriented counsel and regular communication so they feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the process.
Beyond the Office
Outside of her legal practice, Gabriella is a proud member of the firm’s ever-growing resident foodie squad and is known to show her appreciation through baked goods. In her free time, she enjoys hitting the gym, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her giant Maine Coon.
