Philosophy & Approach
Jennifer’s clients describe her as the attorney who has actually read the policy and understands what it means for their case, and can translate that back to them in simple terms. She approaches immigration law analytically, staying ahead of regulatory shifts so her clients don’t have to. When policies change, Jennifer is often the one briefing the firm and developing updated guidance across the practice. She is direct, thorough, and deeply committed to finding a path forward even when the facts are complicated. Clients can expect clear communication, well-prepared filings, and an attorney who never settles for a template when a tailored strategy is what’s needed.
