Julia Erbacher

Paralegal

Julia Erbacher is pure joy. She is not only extremely bright, but is a kind and compassionate soul, making her a perfect fit for working in the field of immigration law. Julia is the first person to bring you flowers after a bad day or bring the team a quart of strawberries on a sunny day.

As a Paralegal, Julia is responsible for drafting a variety of applications to be submitted to US Citizenship & Immigration Services, Department of State, and Custom & Border Protection, including, but not limited to: nonimmigrant work permits (TN, L-1, O-1, E-2), family-based green cards, naturalization applications, waiver applications, and various dependent filings. She also assists with various visa appointment scheduling and coordination services.

Julia is bilingual in English and Spanish, a tremendous skillset for our team and greatly appreciated by our clients. She previously graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Spanish Language and Literature. She previously obtained a degree in Music as well. Following her graduation, Julia lived in Spain for a period of time, where she assisted English foreign language instructions with creating a curriculum in an adult-learning center. Prior to joining our firm, Julia worked with the Community Academic Center in Buffalo, where she facilitated a STEM after-school program for multilingual youth in the Buffalo Public Schools.

In her spare time, Julia loves knitting, being in nature, and going to brunch!
