Julie Aroune has acquired over 30 years of executive-level experience as a key facilitator with domestic and international entities.  She brings her proven knowledge of operations and integration to help guide growth within professional organizations, moving from decision to action.

Prior to joining Berardi Immigration Law, Julie’s focus was in the financial sector, most recently as the Director of Operations for an international network of investment banking firms, cultivating a strategic ecosystem where elite dealmakers built relationships, executed transactions, and shared insights.  In 2021, she founded her outsourced executive services company, which led to becoming a part of the Berardi team full-time.  Whether streamlining operations, implementing strategic vision, or optimizing executive functions, she delivers with passion for integrity, and an unparalleled understanding of high-level professional environments.

Julie started her career in Buffalo with a regional accounting firm, then transitioned to M&A investment banking, helping to build one of the leading boutique firms in the Northeast.  Her years of experience in those industries brings a unique perspective to the firm, elevating the essence, “this is not your average law firm”.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Cum Laude, from State University of New York Buffalo State University and is fortuitous to be the grand dame of four wonderful children. Past and current affiliations include membership in Mensa, and several boards, both civic and private, focusing on the enrichment of children through the arts.  She continues to support through volunteerism for those groups, as well as organizations supporting animals and individuals at risk in the community.

When there is time for herself, she enjoys being active with yoga, kayaking, traveling, and enjoying regional arts and music events.
