Kelly Henault is a dynamic immigration paralegal with experience in the immigration sphere stemming back to 2012. Initially a Front Office Coordinator at a notable Buffalo immigration firm, Kelly was quickly promoted to Legal Assistant, where she prepared, reviewed and filed application for Adjustment of Status, I-130/IVPs, applications for Naturalization, L-1 petitions, O-1 petitions, E-1/E-2s, I-140 petitions, TN applications, nonimmigrant visa applications, and other matters. There, she assisted multiple corporate clients with their employee immigration needs and acted as liaison between attorneys and clients. Her vast experience involves preparing submissions for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Department of State (DOS). 

In 2018, Kelly transitioned to another large immigration law office in Buffalo where she served as a full-service Immigration Paralegal continuing the duties above. Kelly joined Berardi Immigration Law’s Paralegal team in 2021, where she continues to work on diverse nonimmigrant and immigrant matters with various immigration agencies. We are so pleased that Kelly is a member of our team!

Kelly and her daughter, Kylie, enjoy spending time with their rescue pup, Oliver, and love looking for places to explore together in Buffalo. Kelly and Kylie can also be found in the kitchen whipping up the latest dessert recipe together
