Kristina Yuzbasheva is a Legal Assistant at Berardi Immigration Law, where she supports the firm’s legal team and is building her knowledge of business immigration matters. Since joining the firm, she has started learning about nonimmigrant visa work (E-2, L-1) and has enjoyed gaining hands-on experience alongside the team. Kristina is excited to continue growing in the field of immigration law while supporting clients and contributing to the firm’s collaborative environment.
Kristina graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science. Her interest in immigration law is partly inspired by her own family’s experiences navigating the immigration process. She plans to attend law school next fall and looks forward to continuing to grow her knowledge of immigration law at Berardi.
Outside the office, Kristina enjoys hiking, reading, playing tennis, and going to concerts. She also loves traveling, especially solo trips, and is always up for exploring somewhere new. When she’s home, she spends a lot of time with her cats, Loki and Luna.
