Lindsey joined Berardi Immigration Law as a Law Clerk in September 2022 during her second year of law school, quickly earning a reputation for her dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and client-focused approach. After passing the bar exam in October 2024, she officially became an Associate Attorney in January 2025. Lindsey specializes in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, ensuring that each case is handled with the highest level of care and precision.

A proud Buffalo native, Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2024. While at UB, she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and as Treasurer for OUTLaw, a student organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in the legal profession. Lindsey also volunteered at Journey’s End Refugee Services, assisting refugees, asylees, and immigrants in navigating complex USCIS processes. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Daemen University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pets, discovering new restaurants across Western New York, and diving into her favorite books. Her all-time favorite series is Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas. Lindsey’s dedication, compassion, and collaborative spirit make her an invaluable member of the Berardi Immigration Law team.
