Lindsey Hornung

Law Clerk

Lindsey Hornung is an imperative part of the Berardi Immigration Law team. As a Law Clerk at Berardi Immigration Law, Lindsey assists our attorney team with both immigrant (EB-1A, Eb-2, EB-3) and nonimmigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, L-1). She also enjoys being a part of our PERM team, assisting our attorneys throughout all phases of this complex process, including prevailing wage determinations, forms, the recruitment process, and experience verification letters. Her attention to detail makes her an indispensable part of the team. Lindsey also writes some of our posts on the Berardi Blog.

Lindsey is a Buffalo native and is currently in third year at the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Law with a passion for Immigration Law. She is also a Note and Comment Editor on Buffalo Law Review and the Treasurer of OUTLaw at UB. In addition, she volunteers her time at Journey’s End Refugee Services, assisting refugees, asylees, and other immigrants with immigration matters before USCIS.

Prior to law school, she graduated from Daemen University, where she studied Political Science and Pre-Law. During undergraduate school, she was a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid and a Legal Intern for Project Mona’s House. As you can see, she has multiple interests and skills, which has made her a valuable asset at Berardi Immigration Law.

In her spare time, you can find Lindsey cuddling with her cat and dog, Jerry and Abbi, while reading a good book! Lindsey is bright, kind, driven, hardworking, and a team player. We are so happy that Lindsey is a member of our team!
