Maisie’s journey with Berardi Immigration Law began as a summer intern, continued as a law clerk, and ultimately led to her current role as a Legal Assistant. Throughout her time with the firm, she has developed a genuine passion and adoration for immigration law and helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex immigration matters. Working closely with individual and corporate clients from around the world has further strengthened her commitment to the field and affirmed her desire to build a long-term career in immigration law.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University at Buffalo and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Leadership. Through both her academic studies and professional experience, Maisie has developed a strong interest in the intersection of law, policy, and global affairs. She plans to continue advancing her education by attending law school in the near future and is excited to continue learning, growing, and building upon the foundation established through her education and professional experience.
Outside of the office, Maisie enjoys needlepoint, reading, shopping, watching documentaries, and doing puzzles, which she wittily refers to as her “grandma hobbies.” Though some may not share her appreciation for meticulous organization, fastidious attention to detail, and, of course, all things PINK, Maisie is known for embracing each with equal enthusiasm — her workspace is a testament to that dedication. She truly values lifelong learning, spending time with family and friends, and finding new opportunities for personal and professional growth. With a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to continued education, Maisie is excited to continue developing her career in immigration law.
