Whether supporting leadership initiatives or coordinating media relations, she serves as a trusted liaison for the firm. As the daughter of a foreign adoptee, bridging worlds is a part of who she is.
Oona began her career at Grailed as a founding team member of its sister site, Heroine, supporting editorial and marketing efforts. After five years, she pivoted to corporate beauty, joining the ecommerce team at TOM FORD BEAUTY, where she refined her understanding of high-touch, legacy branding. A published writer as well, it was ultimately her love of storytelling that led to the consulting work she does today. She has advised notable industry figures and independent artists alike, contributing to projects ranging from runway collections to museum exhibitions.
Outside of work, you can find her playing guitar or watching a classic film — Sunset Boulevard being a favorite — often alongside her two cats.
