Before entering private practice, Rosanna served as an Immigration Inspector and then as a full-time Immigration Trial Attorney with the former Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), including in the New York City office. That government-side experience gives her a perspective few immigration attorneys can offer: she knows how cases are reviewed, where adjudicators focus, and how to build a record that holds up.
