Jennifer Behm, Esq., partner at Berardi Immigration Law, has just been featured in CBC News, offering guidance to Canadian citizens planning to spend time across the border this winter.

The CBC piece spotlights the U.S. government’s new 30-day registration rule for Canadian snowbirds, and offered guidance on how to properly register in the U.S.  It discussed how travelers who don’t have an I-94 can still meet the necessary registration requirement in the U.S. by filling out a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) form online called the G-325R.

“Don’t be too intimidated by the G-325,” said Behm. “It’s not an overly cumbersome application.”

This national coverage highlights Berardi Immigration Law’s leadership on cross-border travel and compliance. As new monitoring systems roll out, Jennifer and our team remain committed to helping Canadians navigate every entry and exit with confidence and clarity.
