Client Approval: Iranian Canadian Denied Multiple Times at U.S. Border

Iranian Canadians often undergo increased scrutiny at U.S. Ports of Entry. This was the case with a recent client, who was denied entry multiple times. The TN Visa category was created under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which created special economic and trade relationships for the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
