After holding key immigration counsel roles for SUNY Buffalo and one of Buffalo’s largest law firms, she took a bold leap and founded Berardi Immigration Law in 2005. From a single client, she has grown her firm into a nationally recognized, full-service immigration firm serving Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, and families across the globe.
Today, Rosanna leads a 20-person team with a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and client-centered service. Under her guidance, Berardi Immigration Law has earned “Best Places to Work” honors from Buffalo Business First and is widely respected for its expertise in employment-based immigration across sectors like tech, healthcare, logistics, and engineering. She also started her own podcast, “Immigration Weekly” where she shares actual U.S. laws and stories you’re hearing on the news, and truth on the claims and ideas coming from journalists and pundits so listeners have a full understanding of what’s really happening, without any hype.
But Rosanna’s impact reaches far beyond the legal field. As the founder of Luxury Purse Bingo, a women-led fundraising event launched in 2022, Rosanna has helped raise over $150,000 for Western New York nonprofits supporting children and families in crisis. Through her second venture, High Wire Woman, she mentors and empowers professional women to lead fulfilling lives without burnout, sharing systems, strategies, and real talk for modern working women. She also volunteers regularly as a speaker at local schools, women’s leadership events, and professional groups, offering her insights as a first-generation business owner and working mom.
